Making a difference in a child’s life
May 30, 2017
Back in 1962, Bob James founded Raymond James on the principle that putting others first – from our clients to our neighbors – was the right thing to do. His deep commitment to doing what’s right remains a core part of who we are as a company.
We’re proud to continue his legacy by investing our time, money and talents into the communities we serve. It’s so much more than tradition; it’s our way of thanking those who’ve supported us from the start.
And one way to give back at Raymond James is through the Lunch Pals program. Through a partnership with the Pinellas County Schools and PASS, the Lunch Pals program pairs Raymond James associates with students in an effort to improve academic performance.
Director of Strategic Community Partnerships Ron Diner recently sat down with the Tampa Bay Times to discuss the Lunch Pals program and how it's grown across Tampa Bay. Read the full story here.
In addition to the more than 100 Raymond James mentors in the program, individuals and companies outside Raymond James are invited to participate.
